Individual trips: If you cancel more than 24h before departure and get a full refund. If you cancel less than 24h before departure you are not entitled for any refund.

Group trips: If you cancel up to 15 days ahead of departure you get full refund. If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before departure you get a 50% refund. If you cancel in less than 7 days before departure you are not entitled for a refund.
